Day 28 – One year later…

Day 28: A picture of you last year and now, how have you changed?
I’m feeling so drowsy tonight and I almost wanted to skip today’s challenge but the boyfriend would have been too happy if I had! So here I am with heavy eyelids doing that damned challenge!
Sorry but couldn’t find one picture from last year where I was posing alone. And honestly I didn’t even bother to look for other pictures ’cause I’m too lazy right now. So deal with this picture of me and LaSh.

And here’s a picture from 2010.

How have I changed?? I put on weight! (T_T) Omg look at my face now! I need to go on a diet. *cries*
Oh and I don’t have the same hairstyle… but who cares! My cheeks are huge!!! *cries harder*
les femmes prennent maigrissent puis prennent du poids quand elles sont amoureuses – or so the saying goes
To Kit,
Can i have love without the calories? Thank you!
awww franchement ca se voit pas dutout!
moi par contre…. different story! *CRIES*
Lash has been feeding you too well
ROFL
yeah you can have love without the calories…
its called diet!
life is short….exercise and eat accordingly!!!
lol lol
:P
To Christine,
*cries with _T|nE_*
I’m going on a diet after our dimsum lunch!
To PinknPurpleLizard,
Seems like it! And the sad thing is he didn’t gain weight at all! How unfair is that? -_____-
To waz,
Diet it shall be! (T_T)
The truth: diet does not work. People who go on diet tend to end up with a worse situation. Exercise works, although it’s hard to find the time to exercise :-(
To Patrick,
I guess it’s about time to hit the gym but I’m too lazy to exercise XD
the funny thing is that most if not all diets are epic fail!
lol
most people dont complement the diet with suitable/ appropriate lifestyle changes. hence, fail!
the same applies for exercise.
most people exercise too hard for too short a period of time.
exercise duration matters and at the beginning low intensity low resistance is best.
maybe you should get Carine do give you some advice. she seems to be doing something right. she is always doing some sorta exercise…and eating a lot! :P
To Angele
Tell me about it. I have not been very active since I moved to Canada. At the beginning, I did not have a car and was spending quite a bit of time on the bus. Then I started my part-time studies at U of Waterloo. And now, on top of that, I have a little one to take care of. In Mauritius, because I wanted to stay in shape (for scuba diving), I had to run at least once a week.
I honestly think diet does not work. I have read quite a bit about this in my psychology classes. And recently, I just heard about it on the radio.
don’t cry! your cheeks aren’t fat, mine are!! you’re cute! there’s no blatant difference between you then and now!
but LaSh … he’s changed hairstyle..

To waz,
blablablaa…. zzzzzzzzzzz
Hahahah just kidding for the “zzz” part, ok?
To Patrick,
I think it’s more about healthy eating than dieting. Il y a une nuance entre les deux.
Running at least once a week is good! Maybe I should start too XD
To Meli,
Oh come on! You can’t have big cheeks. You’re skinny!
Thank god LaSh changed hairstyle just for a single night! The lion mane hairdo is not exactly my favorite!
life is short….stop blablablabla waz!
lol lol
To Angele
I have a very hard time eating healthy. My grandfather worked as a cook and taught me that “fat gives taste.” You are right, it’s good to eat healthy, but in my case, eating healthy will have the same effect as going on a diet for I don’t eat healthy at all. So the only option for me would be to exercise. I burned some calories last week by cleaning my deck with brush. I was like the guy in Karate Kid.
Hey, you put on a lil weight, but what about Lash? He’s turning into a parrot, look at his hair, it’s huge and orange :o Kidding :P
To nino,
It’s amazing how people change in one year, eh? Putting on weight is depressing but not that unusual. Turning into a big orange bird is.. uh.. quite something out of the ordinary!
how about u try to make LaSh fat? LOL
i was just joking, Lash.. *serious*
