Niagara Here I come!(Day 1)
Jan 9th, 2007 by Angele
I have finally been to Niagara falls last December!
It was about time to take a look at that waterfall!Mwahahaha!!!
I’ve been to Canada three times now and never bothered to visit the oh-so-famous Niagara falls before.
But now I know…Definitely Niagara falls is among one of the nicest place to go if you’re in Canada.I wonder why it took me so long to finally make up my mind to take a tour to Niagara!
*Sighhhhhh*![]()
Ok ok enough of blabla!!!
Here come the pics!!!!!!
So this is The American falls.
This part is on the US territory…
Obviously!Hahaha![]()
You knew that, right?Nooooooooooo?!!Come on!Don’t play stoopid with me.I’m better at it than you are!!!
And this one below is The Horseshoe falls, situated on the Canadian side.
Just look at all that mist coming from the forceful flow of water from the falls.
Together,The American Falls and The Horseshoe Falls form the well-known Niagara Falls.
I wish I had a picture with both The American Falls and The Horseshoe Falls to show you so that you would see how breathtaking Niagara Falls is when the two huge falls are viewed side by side. But it was kinda difficult to take such a photo because I wouldn’t know where to position myself to snapshot the whole scene!!!
Boohooooooooo
Just try to picture it,ok? *Grin* ![]()
Anyway!
Then the falls go down in what people call the whirlpool.
All those churning rapids and water flow are amazing.Really!
The weather was windy on that day and it was freezing.Brrrr! But no matter how cold it was,the tour to the falls was worth it
.
Well, you’re definitely one up on me. I’ve been to Canada four times, and I was born and raised in the U.S., but I’ve never been to Niagra Falls.
Just don’t wind up accidentally crossing the national border (into the U.S.) and wind up getting stuck there with no visa! Apparently that happens a lot there!
Wow, I want to visit this place too

It must have been a real beauty and the sight must have been breathtaking
To The Moody Minstrel,
When I was over there,I saw so many vehicles crossing the Rainbow Bridge to go to the US
I didn’t plan for a US visa…else I might have crossed the border too
To Zeroimpact,
You got the right word here…The scene was breathtaking
Whenever you’re ready you let me know! We’ll plan a trip to Niagara!!!YESSSSSSSS
its a pity…niagara falls n a tag…
you have been tagged!
dont worry, its a straight-forward one!
have a nice time
ahh, breathtaking pictures!! lovely
read your blog this morn in the lab.. but the connection’s so bad.. takes light years to upload the pics.. thought I’ll get back to it back home..
can’t imagine if someone were to fall into the cold cold waters..
oh shoot! was just testing the emoticons.. LOL
To Yashvin,
Niagara and tags?
Definitely not a gud combination!!
I’ll check it out soon.Hehehe.Have a nice day there!
To _butt,
It’s a gud think you got back to the post,eh?
Actually I’ve read somewhere that once some stupid guy wanted to conquer the Niagara Falls [I wonder how he intended to do that anyway -_-' ] and got drowned in the rapids!
P.s:Let me try the emoticons too then!!

 *praising _butt*

WAHHHHHHHHHHH
so pweeeeeeetyyyyy
did you get splashed by the water just by standing on the platform and watching the falls?hee
i saw that it discovery channel
To Pink Cotton,
Well not splashed really but when you stand very close to the erected barrier at the platform, you do get some drops of water from the falls all over you!Hahahha!
Like rain drops! And actually stoopid me thought it was actually raining when I stood on the platform watching the falls!I realised afterwards it was the falls…not rain!
